Bed was very soft and the toilet was dripping all night

Nice location nice breakfast

Was told leisure facilities closed but when arrived at hotel it was clear all the leisure facilities were open

Comfortable bed nice and warm and a nice quite room

Leisure facilities good including swimming pool. Ideally located for an event we were attending. Bed extremely comfortable.

I have stayed here 3 times and each time I have stayed something new has been renovated which is great. Food was lovely….

The suite pictures are not like the actual rooms. Rooms are dated but I understand the he hotel is renovating at moment…. Need to make people aware that they could get a dated room. Drinks in bar are quite pricey

The manager and staff (reception & bar/grill) were exceptional nothing was too much trouble. I was greeted well and given a room. A good location

The room was large, very dated I am of the opinion it had been smoked in, I didn't use the pool which was the main reason I booked this place. In fairness to the hotel it needs some money thrown at it. Would i stay again here again probably not, would i recommend this hotel to anyone I'm afraid to say no. The mould in the shower area was alarming. The food was ok a good variety of menu but a very small portion.

The Hotel Staff and Restaurant are very nice. Food amazing.

The rooms were cold in the new white building and the bed was so uncomfortable and bouncy with absolutely no support, it felt broken. Also the walls are so thin you can here what is going on next door. Poor nights sleep.

Breakfast was great.
