All the staff were welcoming and went out of their way to make sure you were looked after. The rooms were comfortable and well equipped. We had dinner and breakfast and both were extremely good. This hotel exceeding my expectations in every way.

What a lovely hotel this was, right next to the falls. We were early and was aloud to check in 1 hour before. Lovely pub. Breakfast was amazing so much food and drink to choose from and a lovely setting sat looking out at the garden. All staff was lovely.

Our room was in the annex it was ok, very bad smell as we entered think it was the drains so not the best first impression but the room was nice, small but ok for 2. Bed was very hard (glad we only booked 1 night) and there was like a drip or a knock that we could hear all night.
