The Devonshire Grassington

A lovely pub, full of character and in the heart of Grassington. Comfortable bed and friendly staff.

The room was quite small and would have benefitted from updating. I felt it was overpriced, but I think that’s due to the location. Breakfast was nice but I would have liked 2 slices of toast with the poached eggs. I like fruit and yoghurt for breakfast but this wasn’t on offer.

Food and bar area superb with great range of Timothy Taylor ales.

Room as expected for such an old building, clean but old.

Staff was very friendly and helpful

The noise it is a pub, which is expected

Breakfast was great, location was great, rooms were of poor quality, gaps in flooring dirt in between gaps also on skirting boards, en-suite bathroom unclean and moldy, shower screen poorly fitted water leaked everywhere

The location and environment. Pretty and well appointed with excellent facilities in the room

Lack of parking made loading and unloading of luggage difficult. A designated unloading spot would be really helpful

Lovely quirky room, nice friendly bar, staff were all good too, and a very nice breakfast 👍

A beautiful lodge hotel in the centre of Grassington. Very friendly and attentive staff, comfortable and relaxing. We will be back!
