Friendly and helpful staff, good dinner. No traffic noise in our room at the back of the building. Good dinner! Great contact with local folk in the bar.

Not so good on soundproofing.

A wonderful warm welcome. Recently changed hands and interesting to hear about plans etc. very helpful with cases and early access to our room. Decent pizza and a lively Saturday night friendly atmosphere later in the evening. A lovely comfortable room and great setting.

Friendly staff; clean room, great location; lots of parking; lovely grounds.

The room was spacious and comfortable and the facilities in the room were adequate. The bar area was lovely and the food was good too. The grounds at the back of the hotel were very impressive. All the staff were very professional and very friendly.

There was some dust in the room (on top of wardrobe) and there were some clothes left in the cupboard from the previous guests. The music in the beer garden at the rear of the property was quite loud until quite late which meant having to close the windows to allow the children to sleep.
