If you are due to arrive after 21:00, if delayed for traffic reasons you must telephone the property to confirm your arrival time. The Sid Valley does not accept payments made by check or American Express card. Reception closes at 21:00. Guests are advised to book tables in the evening restaurant in advance only and this is subject to an additional charge. Please note, pets can only be accommodated in some rooms at the property, and there is a GBP 25 per day, per pet. Only small to medium dogs can be accommodated, and pets are only accommodated based on prior authorization from the property owners. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times at the property, and should not be allowed at the property on their own at any time. The owners of the property have a pet dog.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. "A slice of Devon Heaven"

The holiday home is very tastefully decorated, modern kitchen and bathroom, excellent beds, plenty of space and lovely outside veranda with seating. The setting was so beautiful, Devon in the sun is delightful. We didn't make use of the hotel facilities but everything looked high standard and the owners (and their friendly black labrador dogs) were charming.

Perfect for a total rest after Christmas and before new year just a few minutes from Sidmouth Cottage was spotless and so cosy and warm. Will definately be returning in the summer

"Wonderfully restful and incredibly comfortable few days."

Location was superb, away from any noisy traffic and set in huge beautiful gardens. About 5 miles from Sidmouth, a lovely small seaside town, definitely worth visiting. The owners were wonderful, friendly and helpful in every way we could have wanted and looked after us brilliantly. Terrific breakfasts. The owners also had two lovely friendly black Labrador dogs who greeted us often when we parked our car.

Nothing much: wifi in our room was a little weak but it was not a major problem and we could go to the bar where there was a very strong sugnal for anything important. We were on holiday so that really was not a difficulty for us.
