The Sid Valley does not accept payments made by check or American Express card. Reception closes at 21:00. Guests are advised to book tables in the evening restaurant in advance only and this is subject to an additional charge. Please note, pets can only be accommodated in some rooms at the property, and there is a GBP 25 per day, per pet. Only small to medium dogs can be accommodated, and pets are only accommodated based on prior authorization from the property owners. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times at the property, and should not be allowed at the property on their own at any time. The owners of the property have a pet dog.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Swimming pool: Closed from Thu, Oct 1, 2026 until Tue, May 18, 2027 A deposit may be required at the property.

The pool was wonderful The location was excellent Stunning views all around. Brilliant hosts, great value for money. Great accommodation. Would highly recommend and we can't wait to return.

SVH is situated in a beautiful valley and was a very relaxing place to stay.We would like to have stayed longer to enjoy the swimming pool. The dinner was delicious and breakfast was exceptional, the best we have had anywhere.

"Came home very relaxed and happy"

Very good indeed, super comfortable ground floor room, with view. Had breakfast and evening meal there, dining room is beautiful, tastefully arranged plants and flowers. View over a lovely garden and hills. Charming hosts, one of which is a talented chef. What lovely prepared and tasty food it was. We stayed 3 days and nowhere was too far away to drive to seaside. We took our little dog, large grounds to walk and she loved the space to run around away from the house. They have everything there, including a pool. Just perfect.

Excellent premises, spotless accommodation, friendly and welcoming proprietors. Breakfast was excellent and with different foods to choose from. Easy access to get to the hotel. Lovely for us and for our dog.

Nothing to do with the accommodation but the weather could be better. Relating to the accommodation nothing to fault.
