Riverdale Hall Hotel & Leisure

Staff were great, room was clean and comfortable with armchairs too. Fabulous location, quiet and great views from the room which had outside seating as well. Food was exceptional.

WiFi was an issue in the outside block bedroom but available in the main house.

The room was a good size. Breakfast was very good and the evening bar snacks were large portions. We had a 'superior' room with a balcony and view over the garden to the distant river. I am not sure how 'superior' the room was I think we just paid extra for the view.

The toilet cistern overflow was running constantly which they were unable to fix during our four day stay. The shower was over the bath which is never so good and possibly not expected in a 'superior' room. I think the hotel is a little overpriced for what it is.
