the bed was ok parking was fine

the sink in the bathroom was faulty had to get reception to send someone up to fix the plug, just a basic neccessity. Tried ordering from the menu a rice dish, they said no rice in the hotel, another basic food stuff in most kitchens. Another thing, they do not give change at the hotel, they will accept cash, but not give you change, money is the very function of a society....

Excellent breakfast. Very good lunch.

Lift was out of order for 2 days. I know these things happen and can't always be sorted in an instant, but I'm disabled and, although I can walk a little, I struggle and especially with stairs. Staff were very good though and helped with luggage. THANK YOU.

Very dog friendly and they can accompany you for meals if you wish ( in designated area ). Quiet location with a short walk into town. Breakfast and dinner food was good. Staff were excellent and friendly.

Bedside plug socket would be handy

The rooms were fairly comfortable and the location was ideal for me.

Whilst the evening meal was good, the breakfast wasn't very good. I had to be away before 8am, so was only offered a continental. Though the continental option was poor, only considered of toast and cereal and tea - no fresh fruit, yogurt or orange juice.

The staff were very polite and were always happy to help. The breakfast had a lot of choice and included the buffet and a choice of hot food. The bed was comfortable and the position of the hotel was perfect as it is very quiet at night.

The bathroom was showing signs of ware. The room was not serviced on one accassion despite the request card being put on the door. The kettle was difficult to reach to fill as it is on a draw in a cupboard. The hairdryer is difficult to use as the flex was very short.

Clean, quiet and comfortable.

Staff were amazing, so helpful We had a great breakfast and did have a meal at 7pm and couldn’t fault it
