Ramsey Park Hotel

Excellent and friendly staff that were accommodating in everyway, we arrived early due to an earlier flight than expected. This was no problem and got us settled in our room straight away. Food and drinks were good and reasonably priced.

Location and view was lovely. Staff were very welcoming

We had no sleep as the window wouldn't latch and with high winds the window waa howling all night. And also when arrived in the room the toilet had been used and not flushed

Bedroom not cleaned properly and we had to ask for the room to be made up at 3.30. The cups were not washed, bathroom not cleaned and bath mat left screwed up on the floor.

The location was fine and the breakfast menu was very good

The only thing that my wife and I disliked was when you placed your cereal in your bowl there was no bin to put your empty cartons in.a very a

The location

The malfunctioning shower head, the paint flaking off the ceiling where water from the shower head had been hitting it and the small amounts if black mold on the bathroom tiles. The room generally okay, but for the price I paid I expected something better than a Premier Inn, but it wasn't.

Clean. Friendly staff. Lovely sweet potato fries and good portion size.

Windows were very drafty (room 304) so was cold at night despite using extra blanket. Service at breakfast was poor. Had to ask for hot drinks, had to ask to take order. Eggs Royal was poor, muffin was terrible, one egg was nice the other hard. On the following morning they did promptly ask us if we would like tea/coffee then didn't bring it, had to ask where it was! Very disappointing.
