The front desk is open from 8:00 until 21:00, there is no night front desk at the property. Please note during the winter months it is not possible to park directly at the property. Transfer to the accommodations is provided for a surcharge by a snowcat. Parking is available at Parking Tetrevi Boudy near Dolni Dvůr, from where the property provides transfer for a surcharge. The transfer takes 25 minutes and the last transfer leaves at 19:00. Close to this parking area, there is also a ski rent. Please also note that the property is located on mountain ridges and not in a town center. There are no shops on site.Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Piękne widoki i lokalizacja"

Najbardziej podobała mi się lokalizacja hotelu, przepiękny widok z tarasu oraz wyposażenie hotelu oraz posiłki.

Pokój wymagał remontu, nasz pokój był pokojem zimnym, usytuowanym na parterze. Elektryczny grzejnik w salonie nie działał i czuć było stechlizną, po otwarciu okna w celu przewietrzenia wlatywał zapach ze studzienki usytuowanej na zewnątrz przy samym oknie.

Hotel na klidném místě s krásným výhledem (zejména na západ slunce) a možností procházek po blízkých hřebenech Krkonoš. Pokoj útulný, koupelna sice malá, ale krásně zrekonstruovaná, postele pohodlné. Wellness perfektní, za extra poplatek, takže není narváno. Personál ochotný. Doporučujeme přiobjednat večeře, v hotelu vaří úžasně. Cesta na vrchol k hotelu sice adrenalin, pokud potkáte auto v protisměru, ale stojí to za to :-)
