The front desk is open from 8:00 until 21:00, there is no night front desk at the property. Please note during the winter months it is not possible to park directly at the property. Transfer to the accommodations is provided for a surcharge by a snowcat. Parking is available at Parking Tetrevi Boudy near Dolni Dvůr, from where the property provides transfer for a surcharge. The transfer takes 25 minutes and the last transfer leaves at 19:00. Close to this parking area, there is also a ski rent. Please also note that the property is located on mountain ridges and not in a town center. There are no shops on site.Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Senzační, pojedeme znovu."

Nádherné místo, skvělý bazén s výhledem na hory a sauna, fitness zdarma. Velmi ochotný, milý personál a senzační snídaně a večeře. Klidné krásné místo pro milovníky hor a klidu a famózních výhledů. Byli jsme nadšeni. Děkujeme.

"Eine Enttäuschung"

Schwimmbad und Restaurant sind schön.

Die Zimmer waren sehr eng, alt in der Ausstattung und abgewohnt. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig und die Betten waren unbequem. Das Inventar ist ungemütlich und abgegriffen. Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Die Beschreibung im Internet und die Kommentare haben ein falsches Bild gezeichnet.

"Plusy i Minusy"

Hotel położony na pięknej polanie, z widokiem na góry. W pobliżu dużo szlaków spacerowych o różnym stopniu trudności. Śniadania i obiadokolacje smaczne. Bardzo miła obsługa w barze.

Minusy: - niestety więcej nie skorzystam z tego hotelu ze względu na zły dojazd. Ostatnie 10 km trzeba przejechać wąską, krętą drogą przez góry. Na odcinku około 5 km nie ma szans na mijankę a samochody jadą w górę i w dół. Nie rozumiem dlaczego nie ma ruchu wahadłowego. BEZWZGLĘDNIE powinno być to zmienione. - brak kanału TV w języku polskim są wszystkie inne kablówki oprócz polskich stacji dziwne , szkoda

"Cudowny hotel na szlaku z pięknym widokiem i dobra strefa SPA"

Świetna lokalizacja hotelu do wędrówek po czeskich Karkonoszach. Położenie wprost na szlaku, możliwości zrobienia wielu pętli.Piekny widok.Rewelacyjny taras z wygodnymi drewnianymi fotelami.Elegancka restauracja,pyszne śniadania,doskonale drinki i obsługa na najwyższym poziomie.Uprzejma Pani na recepcji.W pokoju i hotelu bardzo czysto.Fajne pokoje,super strefa relaksu-basen,jacuzzi,sauna.To był doskonały weekend

Dojazd do hotelu,ostatnie 10 km z Dolni Dvur wąska drogą ze sporadycznymi mijankami,zdecydowanie dla dobrych kierowców o mocnych nerwach.uwazam,że powinno to być jakoś inaczej zorganizowane. Mały minus za brak kabiny prysznicowej a kotarę,która zapewnia średni komfort kąpieli 😉
