The front desk is open from 8:00 until 21:00, there is no night front desk at the property. Please note during the winter months it is not possible to park directly at the property. Transfer to the accommodations is provided for a surcharge by a snowcat. Parking is available at Parking Tetrevi Boudy near Dolni Dvůr, from where the property provides transfer for a surcharge. The transfer takes 25 minutes and the last transfer leaves at 19:00. Close to this parking area, there is also a ski rent. Please also note that the property is located on mountain ridges and not in a town center. There are no shops on site.Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. A deposit may be required at the property.

Lokalizacja cudowna, spacere niezapomniane, fitness oraz sauna z basenem i ten widok z basenu na dolinę i góry przepiękny.

Pokój dostaliśmy zimny i ciemny na przyziemiu, dodatkowo okno wprost na studzienkę, co powodowało, ze w pomieszczeniu dosłownie śmierdziało. Wyposażenie pokoju spoko ale wymaga pilnego remontu, grzejnik elektryczny nie działał i klamka od drzwi wejściowych się zacinała. Pokój 202 wyraźnie zimny i zawilgocony, nawet w okresie letnim czuło się wyraźny chłód.

Hotel je v hezkém prostředí, všude je klid. Je zde velice příjemný personál a dostatečný výběr jídla při snídani i při večeři.

Kromě wellnessu se jedná o staré prostory, které na fotografii vypadají lépe než je skutečnost. Na pokoji jsme měli starý typ posuvných dveří do koupelny s toaletou a zapáchající odpady. Což nebylo zrovna optimální. Nešlo otevřít okno (pouze ventilačka), otevření okna bránilo nesmyslně řešené obložení stropu
