"Exceptional"

Booked the hotel as a gift for our granddaughter and partner. They said it was very clean and comfortable. The proximity to the venue they were going to was perfect .

Didn't have anything to say that they didn't like.

Hotel smelled of damp, our bathroom hadn't been cleaned, there was sick in the sink, hairs and shower gel in the bath and beer cans in bin still. Complained and asked if someone could come and clean it but got back at midnight and still not been done. Couldn't wait to get home. Booked as was only hotel near the stadium that didn't cost too much bit honestly wouldn't stay here if you paid me

Location

Dated furniture, only 1 towel between 2 of us, shower was useless no power behind it and when we were about to fill the kettle up to make a drink it was filthy inside it... looked like it had never been cleaned, also the carpets throughout were old and smelt foisty apart from the bedroom no carpets in there....... it could do with a full revamp definitely not worth the price

Cheap room for one night while attending a concert nearby. Free parking and good location. Clean bed linen and comfy bed. Hot water.

Although cheap, the room didnt look like the pictures. Very worn room, mouldy bath, chipped and scruffy furniture. Ripped curtains. Hard towels. Damp smell through corridor and holes in ceiling from leaks. Not hotel related but attaching pub wasn't serving food as advertised and not a very good pint!

Friendly staff. Convenient. Good clean room. Excellent firm mattress on bed. Free parking.

No shampoo or body wash in bathroom. Just hand wash soap on handwashing sink.
