Worse place I have ever encountered, could not stay in the bad conditions, need a refund asap

Nothing was up for scratch, dusty, black mould, shutters are down, can’t open windows, no kitchen facilities, no plates or cutlery, stinks of weed and people playing loud music and swearing, water was leaking from the light fitting in bathroom. My 2 young kids could not stay there

This property was a misale. I couldn't allow my son to stay somewhere like this where previous reviews said there were drug parties and all sorts of scummy behaviour going on. I've made a complaint to booking.com but surprise, surprise heard nothing back. Garbage

Didn't like anything - we got there and waited until 4.30pm (check in was at 3pm) and no one was there - there were loads of people waiting complaining they had been on to booking.com who advised it was a scam!

We couldn't get in the property waited from 3pm until 4.30pm and had to leave so never used it! Still haven't had any money back despite complaining

Good location to the stadium. Good size apartment.

Broken door lock. Very loud neighbours upstairs at 3am. Other guests that were booked to stay got their booking cancelled upon arrival with no where else to go. Very expensive for the quality.

Beware, do not book this accommodation!! Potentially fraudulent activity. We arrived at the property and couldn't gain entry, but nor could about 8 other people! We were all stood outside trying to contact the owners with no success. The property looks really scruffy from outside and is in quite a rough area so it was probably a blessing in disguise!! Currently in contact with Booking.com customer services still trying to get our money back after a week.

Nothing, 20 minutes before my check-in,they have cancelled my booking!

Everything, it was very stressful, communication was bad, and I would recommend avoiding this place if you can.

The building was large with 3 comfortable double beds.

There were metal shutters on all the windows, which wasn't a good sign about the area. In the tea coffer jars there were empty coffee sachets. There were 4 laundry bags in the room filled with dirty bedding. None of the doors were numbered.

Property overbooked by about 20 people. No access codes provided til too late. No contact from owner. Email bounced back undeliverable. 2 rooms taken by residents so less availability. Owner not accepting responsibility for issues on the day. Had to rebook somewhere else at short notice at further expense.

Do not book this it's a scam , you can't get in as someone lives there, no one answers phone
