Bedding seemed clean and beds weren’t uncomfortable

The room is an old corner shop so there are roller shutters on all windows like being on cell block H. With a light above the door that you can’t switch off so it was like sleeping with a street lamp in the front. This was more apparent as the night went on and it sounded as if upstairs was having a roller skating party in the room while at least 4am. No number on door so we had several people trying there key in our door. Lots of broken appliances and chipped furniture including the radiator leaking in the front room. Our friend nearly fell thru the bed as when she sat down there was a giant dip. No tv remote to use the tv. Most of blinds broken. Small kitchen with no sink. Dirty mop and bucket left in front as we walked in I gipped. None of us even attempted a shower in there we left early the next morning and showered at home.

Nothing, looked absolutely nothing like the photos, all the walls were cracked and dirty, the floor was sticky, ever surface was thick with dust. The fridge was turned off and had rotten food in it. No toilet roll.

The whole room was disgusting and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for months, food going rotten in a fridge that was turned off.

Everything was good

The location was perfect. Easy access and secure room.

The bathroom was freezing and the smell of drugs was overpowering.

The room was clean and decent but don't think the price reflected the space.

Small room and the pillows were very flat with no spare pillows so made it uncomfortable

Location was fine but didnt stay at property so could not comment on what the accommodation was like inside.

Bad communication with landlord/owner. Our engineers could not find the property so I messaged owner but had to wait for them to come back to me. Eventually found property and had to ask for the pin code to get in. Advised keys were in the lock box. Unfortunately they weren't. Our guys had had enough hanging around so drove back to the midlands. The keys were apparently with the cleaner who was in the property at the time of our guys arrival. Surely cleaning should have been done prior to arrival. Once the cleaner had finished we were advised that the keys were back in the box but at this point our guys were heading home!
