The lovely receptionist

It was so hot and they had no working fans The lady from reception was absolutely lovey and gave me hers as the hotel didn’t have any Shower not working properly Moths in the room

"Great service, comfortable and clean"

Location was perfect as stop over on way up to north east. Hotel was clean. Lovely large room with comfortable bed. Our receptionist Sue was lovely and friendly, even though it was late at night.

Lovely room and staff

Dogs barking, people fighting and arguing in the next room then a man running around the hotel all night shouting, only to learn on checkout at 7am the police brought him back and he was in bed sleeping. While the rest of us were up.all night and then had to work the next day. He should not have been allowed back into the hotel
