Staff was lovely, and helpful. Facilities were beautifully decorated , room was clean.

No signal, no internet . Possibly due to weather .

Location is beautiful it’s a lovely hotel the room just let it down plus it was our anniversary had I known the room would be like this I would have changed it

The room we were in was very dark and gloomy there was running damp down the walls mould on the ceiling,tea making stuff wasn’t stocked up the kettle leaked aswell the damp concerned me.

Excellent comfortable hotel! Helpful caring staff went over and above! Situated on the banks of the Bollin next to the 11th century church of St. Peter in the heart of the lovely old village of Prestbury.

Very dated room. Very bendy floor boards, so much so that the bedside drawer opened on its own as you walked around the bed. Bed was really squeaky and small.

The staff were lovely and helpful especially at breakfast. The breakfast menu was superb. Very reasonable prices.

The room was a little bit worn out.
