The Bridge

It was dirty - the room, bathroom, not good at all.

All of the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was the best I have ever had with so much delicious fresh fruit ( strawberries/raspberries and water melon) as well as a large choice of cooked breakfast from Full English to Eggs Florentine.

The Breakfast was very good, with a choice of size of meals. Location of breakfast was great.

Beautiful location, with a smart dining area

Our room was very tired, in need of an update. Black mould around edge of shower and between some tiles. Radiator noisy, but no heat. Very slow service in the restaurant.

Where do I start. Room very dark bad lighting & some lights not working. No room to put clothes. Metal frame for wardrobe!!! crack in washbasin. We paid extra for a river view room that was a joke you could hardly see it

Lovely charming pub based hotel right next door to a church with sounding bells 🔔. The staff were brilliant all of them. The full English breakfast was superb 👌. I can eat and i couldnt finish it. 🙂

Ok not really much to complain about really. Bathroom fan was catching and gives out the horrible rattle. Witch get on your nerves. Paint maybe a little rough on some parts. But really thats being picky. I overall brilliant 👏

Firstly the staff were absolutely delightful. Very helpful and accomodating, we couldn't have asked for better. The building and facilities are in a sorry state of disrepair. I felt sorry for the staff constantley having to appologise. Breakfast was gorgeous and the kitchen has a 5 star rating. It seems the staff are trying their best with what they have and can change, but the structure and basic wash facilities are a lot to be disired.
