The Bridge

Breakfast was cooked well nice products plenty of choice

Rooms need updating. Window frames rotten. Bathroom door has signs of wear and tear. No grab rails to assist getting out of shower. Bathroom toilet roll holder missing but wall plugs still in place. Pipe cover over back of toilet pipes broken

The bed linen was fresh and clean.

We arrived to a very cold room and had to ask to have the heating turned on. By morning the temperature was acceptable. I would not like to have been staying in the middle of winter. The carpets were not clean , generally the place was very ‘tired’ and in need of a freshen up. The TV would not work and Wi Fi difficult to get into. The member of staff whom I asked to turn on the heating was pleasant and acted immediately.

Atmospheric, the bed was comfortable. Lovely big bath. Very dog friendly.

Loud music till late and it started again early Sunday morning. The shower dripped all the time we were there.

Location was good for us, thought the meal we had in the evening very good

The bridge was local to where we were heading, for the price it was just what we needed.

The room needed painting. The TV didn’t connect so we had no TV unless we signed into the APPs. The lighting in the bathroom was poor due to two of the lamps needing replacing, and the toilet flush was poor.

The room was lovely with fantastic extras such as snacks and good toiletries. The food was delicious!

The service at breakfast was very slow as there was only one member of staff waiting on the tables. This was the only down side to our stay.

Unclean room, terrible smell, flies, damp, rotten ceiling, wet carpet, uncomfy bed, wet & dirty walls, dusty, DARK!!!! No wonder as the room is so mingin, thankfully we arrived late & left early Way too much money for what its worth
