We had a lovely welcome. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast delicious with a good choice. The service at breakfast was friendly and helpful. It was good value for money.

"Understaffed but this was reasonable as it was midweek and not many guests. Meals were excellent apart from. Lack"

Central to the town not too busy. Good service considering few staff.

A bit dated and could do with a little t.l.c, Baskets at front of property full of withered plants. Windows need replacing in the room we stayed in. Cooked breakfast not available on second day of stay( no reason given)
