Conveniently located in Leicester

The property does not mention anything about the karaoke, either when booking or upon check in. Yet there was incredibly loud music playing until at least 2am directly below my room from the pub below making it impossible to sleep. The vibrations could be felt through the floor and bed. We had read reviews which mentioned loud music and had anticipated that arriving back at the room at 00:30 would be alright but the music carried on for another two hours. How can this be marketed as a hotel if you are unable to sleep for half the night? To make things better, there was sick on the roof directly outside the window which looked like a previous guest or someone from the floor above had thrown up out of the window and no effort had been made to clean up the sick or toilet paper all over the roof just a metre or two from the window. There was also black mould around the window frame inside the window. The heater fell off the wall in the night and inside the cupboards were filthy. The alleyway leading to the entrance was also dirty and unlit, upon returning to the property we had to circle around and come back half an hour later because there were two loud drunk men banging on the door in the unlit alleyway and it didn’t feel safe to enter at that time.

Warm welcome, fun bar area and very close to city centre.
