It was very quiet, super comfortable beds, breakfast was a high standard, lovely setting, the walk along canal to Lincoln is beautiful

Lovely pub. Not too far to city centre. Breakfast was perfect. Would stay again.

Clean & tidy, nice rooms, good parking. Pub was good, nice selection of drinks, right next to the water good food. Nice position, easy to walk along to Lincoln centre, treated ourselves to a water taxi dropped us off at the pub. Would recommend.

Tea cups tiny Shower had to be on very light spray to get to a temperature that didn’t scold Tv didn’t work Internet not great

This is just a hidden gem second visit we love it

Spacious room, very clean, comfortable bed, very quiet, tea and coffee, hairdryer, soap, shampoo and body wash, fan, close to public house, lovely canal views, amazing food. Only half an hour walk into Lincoln by the canal.

The location was lovely, by the canal, lots of outside seating, service for food and a much needed cold drink was very quick and efficient, served by lovely people, with a bit of chat, very tasty food, our room was clean, quiet and comfortable at the lodge at back of hotel, plenty of parking space, plenty of choice for breakfast, which was lovely

Nothing not to like, need a sign at end of road to see when coming from the north; was the hottest day when we arrived, the fan in room just moved warm air round, air con needed
