good location, friendly staff, great pub and accommodation, good value

Location is superb, 1.5 miles along the canal to the Brayford, a lovely walk.

Cups in room could be bigger. Also EV Charging points would be advantageous

Lower price means exactly what you get, dirty left tissues left in the draws, God knows what they was used for? Noise was terrible from the rooms next door to us, people coming in all hours of the evening, basically a boarding house with dated furniture and the room wasn't didn't exactly smell fresh, very disappointed

The location is beautiful. The room was clean as a whistle credit to the cleaners. Reception staff were extremely helpful and polite.
