"Lovely welcoming good value hotel"

Lovely old coaching inn with sea views. Bus to Axminster stops outside and a rarity in Lyme a car park for guests. Staff lovely and friendly. Fantastic breakfast with view to sea.

Close to sea front, steep walk. Other than that nothing good to say.

Room 5 was grim. Full English breakfast tasted like school dinners, cheap ingredients. Whole place is very dated and glum.
