"Convenient place to stay."

The room was clean and quiet and on the ground floor which I particularly appreciate as I struggle with stairs these days.

I found breakfast underwhelming. Also I didn't like having to walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke both on arrival and departure, and yes I mentioned it to reception staff on arrival.

The gentleman who checked me in at around 7ish Friday evening was a top man. Very helpful and police, randomly spoke about old films!!! Haha.

I was dubious after reading some of the reviews, but im so glad that I decided to see for myself. For me it ticked all the boxes, dog friendly, swimming pool and very good value for money From the amazing staff, who couldn't do enough for us, to the clean comfy rooms, and good food.

Location worked for us. Lovely receptionist checked us in. Bathrooms and beds were clean.

Quite tired looking hotel rooms. Remote controls we're falling apart/ really dirty & sticky. Headboard was falling off, carpets under the bed were dusty. Skirting boards were mucky. Carpets in corridor were mucky, stains on walls and damage to walls.

They lovely cold water at the reception and easy connection to town center by bus and taxi s.

Less music noise from the party on Saturday but it was inevitable.

The staff is not very polite and kind of rude, not all of them, the kindness one was an old blond lady she was in the breakfast and the bar too,

The room was bad, no AC, the shower was not working properly, definitely not valiums for money and not a 4 star hotel, definitely not.
