Quadrum Hotel

since we stayed in december before ski season was open the hotel was lacking half of its staff, therefore the maintenance was flawed. The room that we were staying in was not clean, there was hair on shower walls and empty bottles of water under the bedroom cabinets. no toiletries provided at first, unless we asked. the 2 in one shower gel/shampoo was actually a hand soap, said so on its label in Georgian. after we took a shower the water came out of the bathroom wall (not from the door but the wall!) into the bedroom. worth mentioning that it was very cold in the room during the night. same with the pool, the whole area did not feel very clean and there was no soap in the pool shower. we felt neglected maybe because the ski season was not open yet but that’s no excuse either. there was not a lot of choice during breakfast either.

The room is huge , modern, the view is amazing , very good hot shower, very good wifi , simple but nice breakfast, everything looks and taste fresh. Sauna and swimming pool free of charge. Small car parking but we had no problem during our staying in. Some people complained about noise but I had a very quiet room.

You need a car, it’s not far from the lift but the restaurants, supermarkets, clubs/bar are far, I don’t recommend walking on the motorway.

We loved everything: the staff is friendly and helpful, breakfasts are delicious, the rooms are comfortable, and there are a swimming pool and yoga room! Everything was great, and the view is spectacular.

It was a bit cold in the room at night, so maybe a little more heating won't hurt. The hotel is a bit far from New Gudauri where all the restaurants are, but the chairlift is close, so there are not much to worry about

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet even the most basic expectations, particularly considering the high price charged for what was, at best, a subpar experience. The cleanliness of the hotel was extremely disappointing. The rooms were not only dirty but also cramped and poorly maintained. It was clear that the standards of housekeeping and overall maintenance were well below what is acceptable, especially for a hotel marketed as a 4-star establishment. Additionally, the staff were far from professional, which further compounded the issues. There was a noticeable lack of attention to guest needs, and the level of service was not reflective of the rates charged. The building itself is in poor condition, and the overall ambiance felt more in line with a 1- or 2-star hotel, not one that claims to be 4 stars. Given the quality of the accommodations and service, the prices charged are at least four times what this hotel truly offers. I trust you will take this feedback seriously to address the many issues that need improvement. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality or value.

Everything was up to mark specially a guy at reception was so helpful with luggage and everything and room was warm even in -15 room was warm water was hot in washroom love the Jacuzzi heated interior will surely visit again

Breakfast their was nothing in buffet

Hotel is nice but just a bit outdated. Staff was excellent, very helpful and friendly.

Room needs renovation and some steep stairs for suite entrance. It makes it hard to bring suitcases. At night heating was off and a bit cold, ski resort not open and it soiled everything. Without ski place is so boring and noisy. Road full of tracks everyday
