Quadrum Hotel

Nice staff and restaurant served good food. Great mountain view from our window. Wifi was working fine.

Standard double room was small. Shower stall had broken curtain and was leaking all over. Breakfast buffet had a small selection and it often ran out of several items eg coffee Hotel is build on stilts and the buildings were shaking when heavy lorries were driving past. Not a good objective from a skiing perspective as walking from the hotel to the skilift is on a steep road with black ice. The hotel is offering a taxi service to the skilift but we found it unflexible.

Building is nice and modern. The people in charge are polite and hardworking

Very dirty, not maintained, aggressive staff

We were greeted with great enthusiasm and an honest desire to serve our needs. All hotel staff were helpful, whenever we approached them. The room was spacious, and had a sublime view over the valley of Gudauri. The restaurant was truly one of the best we've tried in the town. The breakfast was plentiful, and tasty, and the dinner menu was also prepared excellently, featuring the most common Georgian dishes. Having a sauna and spa is a great addition to the facilities!

There was a distinct smell of sewage in the room at some periods. We also saw that some of the construction quality was lacking (leaky bidet, flickering light in the bathroom, no lighting for the wardrobes), but overall, these did not affect our stay too much. The ski rental place suggested by the receptionist was at the very far end of the town, and had a very limited selection of skis and snowboards. Eventually, we had to go to another place.

View, heated pool

Stayed at the suite room, but flet like we are in a guest house. No elevator, climbing to the room in 2 levels of spiral stairs. Room is very outdated, and low quality facilities. Room is on the road, you can hear all night the trucks roaming the road. Great view & jacuzzi in the room, heated pool and sauna in the low levels, but this all actually not worth the price.
