The location was good facing the snow clad mountains.

There was only 1 person at the reception and had to do all the running around. There was no one to help us with our luggage. The beds were average. The wooden floor color had faded. The restaurant was horrible. Breakfast items were quite less compared to other hotels of the same category. No provision for fresh omelet. Ice cubes were not available. Overall experience was not good.

No elevator Sewage smell coming from the wash room Breakfast options very less and just primitive. Food was good in the restaurant Pool is good and water was warm
