The room was small. No water is provided. I was advised by the manager to drink tap water! My room was very noisy, located right at the lobby. I asked to change the room away from the lobby, and I was asked to pay for the change. I felt like I was trapped, then I agreed to pay, but then the manager said, no rooms, the hotel is full.

Unfriendly staff members. The size of the room.

"All in all it was pretty good value"

The staff was nice and helpful. Natalie gave us a free upgrade, so we had a nicer and bigger room. The property was clean and the location was good.

The wifi is not so strong and the mattress was a bit hard.
