Unfortunately, we missed our flight and had to book a hotel near the airport. The receptionist was very rude and treated us poorly. I had reserved a room for two adults and two children, but they only provided one double bed and refused to supply an extra bed. After a heated argument, I informed them that I would report the issue to Booking.com, and only then did she agree to help. Not recommended at all. Location is also not good

The behavior was very rude, and the room's location was not satisfactory.
