Descrierea nu corespunde cu realitatea. Administrația este aroganta și nerespuctuoasa. Atitudine înverșunată. Ești tratat ca un nimeni. Dacă vreți sa va stricați nervii mergeți la aceat hotel.

Hotel sold our room, we were left without accommodation at night. We reserved a room in advance, and on the day of our arrival, I messaged the hotel on WhatsApp to confirm our late check-in, but received no response. Upon our arrival at night, we were shocked to find out that there were no available rooms. The hotel had not cancelled our reservation, but our room had already been given away. Later, we found out that the hotel had sold our room for cash to walk-in guests in order to avoid paying the Booking.com commission. Due to a major concert in the city that day, all nearby hotels were fully booked, and we were left stranded on the street in the middle of the night without a place to stay.
