Ik heb mij zelden zo belazerd gevoeld!!!

In de advertentie staat een foto van een mooi dakterras, die was er niet. Er staat dat er een bar was, die was er niet. Er staat dat er een tuin is, die was er niet. Er staat bij dat er een balkon is… ja je kan naar buiten maar een schande dat je dit een balkon noemt en er een kamer duurder door maakt. Na mijn vraag over het terras durfde de receptie te zeggen dat dit sinds gisteren was, gezien de zooi kan dit nooit!! Ga hier niet heen!!!!!!!

Долго уходит вода в ванной в сливе, выпирает деревяшка на задней стенке кровати, можно удариться головой

To find the hotel is easy.

They offer us the room near the recepcionist because the only free room they have. Staff said second day they i will give you the upstairs. All day and night, the room was noisy. So much noisy we can not sleep. And night it is so cold. And there is no refrigirator. Other day we said to change the room but they said there is no free room. We have some trouble. In the end they gave us another room. Staff is not smiling. Water in the bathroom is so tiny it is hard to bath. Sheets and towels are not clean. Rooms and holes are smelling smoking. Internet is hardly working. And also staff wants us 20Lari for car parking but the street on the hotel is free so we did not give them.
