The location was fine, as compared to the price.

The room was not clean. There were cockroaches and other bugs in the room. We noticed it after coming back from the temple, by then it was already late. There were stains on the bedsheets. Also, condom wrappers were lying around.

Good and supporting staff especially Reception lady was very good in nature helped us what we need. also owner is good in nature helped me in single call.

Cleanliness should be improved in future.

The receptionist was the worst person I spoke in whole shirdi stay. She doesn’t want to help any person nor understand the customer requirement all she does is calls her owner. Secondly when handling the room the manager has stated as early check in was free but late until last night at 10pm the receptionist called me stating I should checkout at 6:30 am. Don’t they say that when they are handing the keys to customer. There were too many power fluctuations last night neither the AC was working for which we took the room nor the fan which went off for hours. I truly give this hotel 2/10 rating. Which is because of the owner Mr.Soni. He was kind and understanding. I would say never get a room with that receptionist being there as she is of no help nor try to understand customer.

Extreme Rude and disgusting behavior from receptionist. Fluctuations with power for which I dint had A/C last night. Upon complaint as well the receptionist simply walked away. You can check the cc tv footage as well to sum up my experience.

Pilgrimage cum holiday turning into a nightmare not because of the owner but the staff. Cheaters, rude behavior, misbehavior Staff: Run by one woman named Ms. Navya who handles everything from A to Z. Behaves like a man, has a rough tone, misbehaves with a man and then plays a victim card. Thanks to the Google reviews, the neighbouring hotel staff members and of course the guests present at the site. Everything said and written is indeed very true!!! If a woman wishes to behave like a man, then she should be ready to take it back, like a man too. If one instigates / pokes / misbehaves with someone then one should be ready to get it back also. It does not mind where you are from, what matters is your humbleness and politeness to speak with your clients, not giving fake promises and cheat them. Cheaters: Giving owner / staff room to the client and giving the client’s room to someone else which is booked on client’s name and earning extra money is cheating Asking the client to leave before the designated time is cheating Giving false promises and not abiding by them is cheating Owner – very polite to talk on the phone. Not available on site The hotel is good no doubt however the behaviour of the staff members is unprofessional in person and on phone making it inconvenient to stay. Hope some action is taken otherwise several other hotel options are available in Shirdi.
