Hotel Sai Maa

their was mouse in my room. for the name breakfast it was just poha, Upma and Maggi ( no buffet ).

it was well furnished room and cleanliness was maintained, clean towels, blanket, toiletries, 1 bottled water was provided host/owner was helpful he arranged a car for Shanishingnapur on our request with cheaper then market rates.

Room was very cramped up, while booking on booking.com it mentioned breakfast included but booking details received to owner from booking.com mentioned no meals included.

Staff behavior is very countries and polite.

Rooms are too small and bedsheets, pillowcases were dirty. No towels were provided. Not worth to visit again with this rates.

If the property has registered with booking.com, then it shud follow the terms booking.com has set. I have chosen pay at property option while booking,but was rcvd continuous call for advance. Also the room which I booked had been given to some one else without prior intimation stating I had not paid any advance. I was asked to cancel the booking and to compensate a shabby room was shown to near by hotel. It was really horrible experience with this property. If you have issue then why u hv registered with booking.com. I cud hv rate in minus if there is option.
