None of the points are in support of 'Like" as it was a pathetic experience.

Everything was horrible right from check in experience to leave the place without venturing to stay. I had called the hotel thrice post confirmation of booking and in fact paid Rs.300/- as requested by the hotel on 21 Mar 23. Surprisingly, the rooms were not allotted on our arrival at 2.30 PM on 9 May 23. After 45 minutes, once room was given on the top floor and there is no lift. My friend is an arthritis patient with both knees operated and the hotel guy entered in to an argument when asked for lower floor. They said that the second room will be ready by 5 pm. When we went at 5 PM, we were asked to wait till 10 PM. We had no choice but to leave the place, opting to drive back to Solapur instead of waiting. Result was that we need to travel throughout night to reach Solapur by 5 AM on 9 Apr 2023. Going forward, I may have to think twice before going for booking through 'Booking.com' as these types of tie ups will create a dent on the reputation.

"Over all it was below average only because room size is small and no lift in the hotel"
