Incredible menu and food on the first floor. Simple rooms on the second floor with bed, fan, toilet.

There was no toilet paper.

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and guides, everything arranged for me including transfers to/from Medan, a day trip to Bukit Lawang and a few days trekking in the stunning pristine jungle in Tangkahan. I made use of the laundry service, food was excellent and a lovely lunch was prepared for each trek. The area is incredible and I had so much fun exploring and searching for wildlife, green forest was an excellent place to come back to and relax in after a tough day. I will be back.

Very helpful and friendly staff in a quiet location, with great meals from their kitchen. Staff can help you with anything you need during your stay.

The rooms are a little basic and there is no wifi so be prepared. But the staff can help with meals, transport, trekking and anything else you need so no issues if you want to disconnect for a few days.

nothing, the road to get there is a tough drive, heavily potholed, if the local authorities could fix it up, it would be better for everyone, more people would come

So natural, near river and close to jungle. And also they have soma package for jungle trekking and river tubing.

No aircon

Breakfast, lunch and dinner is available upon booking, the menu is limited. For foreign visitors, the choices can be a hassle, but for local tourists, the menu choices are in accordance with the local people's diet. They are good and taste. The location of the inn is very close to the river, it is not far from main road either. Managers and workers are very helpful and friendly.

The room only has a bed, a fan (in lieu of AC) and a toilet. Necessities such as a small table, mirror and wardrobe are not available. For bathing purposes, visitors must bring their own toiletries, as well as flip-flops for footwear in the room are not available. Some of the room lights are not bright enough. Innkeepers need to pay attention to the most basic needs of visitors, as noted above. And lastly, the most important thing is that visitors don't forget to bring mosquito repellent or body insect repellent.
