Lovely view and location

Staff did not inform us there was no water, no electricity for a while. Later we found out it was because of severe Rain that washed some pipes away. If we had known we could be more sympathic about it. Food took a very long time like hours... later we found out that shopping needed to be done.

Very good value Quiet place

They are kind enouh to pick me up from Bukit Lawang at a very reasonable price. And when I go to Medan , they also called the public bus for me so I wont have to walk to find it in the morning.

A, The place needs to be cleaned more , with ants everywhere . First I thought its because its close to jungle until I opened the dustbin... B ,theres only one plug in the room, which is for the fan. C, If you dont mind no water most of the time , no wifi at all , its your place . After all, its cheap and located in the jungle . Im just curious how people manage to brush their teeth in the bathroom like that. D , It would have been better if the reception is more informative but maybe English is another problem.

Situated right on the banks of the river looking out over a beautiful spot of the Forest. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and the food was excellent quality. We took a trek into the forest and our guide Nandi was brilliant We also took the elephant morning tour to wash them and hand feed them, was a lot of fun and the elephants are well cared for

The location is very close to the river and the elephant sanctuary. Nice excursion with tubing and hiking around the river.

Basic house. There were no sheets, only blankets which didn’t feel clean.

Staff was very nice and we did a jungle trekking for one day to see the elephants. The owner which also is the guide, knows a lot about the nature which he shared with us.

There was no hot water and also no sink at all. We had to brush our teeth over the toilet. The water from the shower was constantly running so the floor was a bit wet all the time.
