the hotel didn't had any elevator so it was difficult for my family to climb the stairs

Too small room, breakfast only limited to paratha

Being just a few minutes walk from Golden Temple, we were able to visit it multiple times including late night and early morning to witness the Prakash ceremony. The room, including the bathroom was very clean. The entire staff was polite, prompt and very helpful. We loved the yummy parathas prepared by Subhash. We could experience the feel of old world Amritsar as the area around the hotel has a maze of narrow, bustling lanes lined with some old wooden buildings too.

Just one suggestion. One complimentary bottle of water per person per day would be appropriate.

Great staff and amazing stay. I would recommend this hotel especially for tourists.

The hotel would benefit from offering coffee / tea sachet beverages and a hairdryer.

Property was very clean and staff was very supportive especially Santosh.

Parking and location

Excellent place to stay. Staff are incredibly friendly and extremely helpful. Rooms are great. Location very close to Harimandir Sahib.

Nice, modern and well decorated rooms. Excellent location to get to the key attractions in Amritsar. Excellent and genuine staff who do more than they need to to ensure you have a good stay: arrange taxis and rickshaws so that locals don’t over charge you, constantly check that you’re okay and that your room is okay, carry all your luggage to and from the room. Furthermore, the staff very kindly stored our luggage as we had an 11am check out but 11pm flight. The hotel breakfast was fantastic. Very tasty and all locally sourced if not cooked onsite. We can’t compliment this hotel enough. It is absolutely fantastic. We will definitely be staying there if we visit Amritsar again. We’ve grabbed some cards to distribute to our friends/family.

1.Staff is very helpful. 2.Two queen size beds are available in family room. 3.Room is fresh ,clean and hot water is available always.

Location is on the back side of golden temple with very small access roads hence very difficult for a car to reach hotel. Due to this reason auto and other vehicles will charge you approximately 1.5 to 2 times.E rickshaw is a better option to reach this hotel.
