Clean decent family room, very accomdative staff

Rooms were very comfortable, air conditioning and fans, shower was running cold at times but staff were helpful, ordering food to the room was excellent and tea, coffee and hot milk available at anytime for room service. Polite and helpful staff.

I don’t think I disliked anything

Breakfast had a limited choice of items, but was very good. Service by the staff was excellent. Always ready to help and provide service. The hotel is also within walking distance of the Golden temple, Partition Museum and Jallianwala bagh memorial (8 - 12 mins walk) which is a big plus point. Shops are also close by for all shopping needs.

Clean rooms and great service especially from Subhas Singh. We could easily stay with an infant without any problem. Though they had only a small pantry but we could manage the infant food and milk. Also they arranged for taxi for all our visit and airport pickup and drop at a reasonable cost. Very convenient for visiting Golden temple and Jalianwala bagh by walk.

The street leading to the hotel is narrow and crowded. So most taxi will not come inside. You will have to rely on battery rickshaw (as they are called).
