Staff were great! Was a close walk to the golden temple.

No smoking allowed. Which is good and bad hahah.

Everything was good in this hotel, the service was good and the staff was polite. They helped us a lot during the trip. Do stay at this hotel.

Very nice, clean, modern and very new hotel only 400 mts from the Golden temple with very good room service. Everything we asked for were given straight away. They have menu only for room service and masala chai tea was great and menu prices are very cheap, however I only drinked tea. Probably the best hotel on the street. When we wanted to go out the stuff always helped us to stop a tuktuk right infront of the hotel and even negotiated the price with the driver to be sure that we got a fair deal. They also organised a taxi for us to the airport and was right on time. They also very flexible with late check out.

I would suggest to the hotel to put doble bed sheets as there where only matres sheet cover and a very fluffy blanket, I personally don't like to cover myself with those big blankets without a sheet under. However, we called reception by the phone from the room and ask for sheets and they sent it straight away. Also there's no kettle with complementary tea and coffee and even more cheaper hotels in India have it, it would be nice if the hotel can upgrade to that as such modern hotel should have it, it was just disappointed that they don't.

Just a 2 minute walk to the golden temple compound.

It was slightly overpriced for the place. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly where there was a used towel from the previous guest left behind without being cleaned by housekeeping before I checked in. The bath also smelt weird most of the time.

I had a very good stay at SS royal this weekend. Staff is very humble and helpful. Room was absolutely what i expected it to be. I booked their family room for 4 adults and 1 toddler. It was very spacious and clean.

Just one drawback that their was no lift. It was a tiny bit inconvenient for us as i was travelling with my parents.

Delicious tea prepared by Mr Subhash. Friendly and helpful Taxi driver arranged by hotel staff. Awesome staff always available to help us round the clock. Will definitely recommend it. Thanks

Rather comfortable hotel. Not too far from Golden temple. Possible breakfast as a room service.

We tried to book a taxi to the airport through them, but that was an error. The taxi did not arrive at the location and we had to take the tuktuk. We arrived after the airline deadline but fortunately they accepted us anyway.

Very calm and kind staff. Helped me book a railway ticket This is a newly refurbished hotel in a great location. I didn’t see any better hotels in the area, they all looked a bit of a dive compared to this place.

The cleanliness in the hotel was very good and they take care of you, in a way that you are comfortable with all needs. Mattress and room size was perfect Subhash and Sherry were very courteous and they are ready to help you always Best part is that it's 1 minute walk from Given Golden Temple. They accomodated us for early check in and late check out ( with Charges)

The view outside the window was very dirty and that spoils the stay if you are staying for longer duration. Hot water could have been available.
