Great location, great restaurant and staff. They were very accommodating.

Due to narrow roads, cars are not allowed. Thats not a problem as there are many rickshaws about

I loved how central the accommodation was. The room view was incredible, the hotel staff were so accommodating. The restaurant view alone is just breath taking!

The property was very well maintained and beautiful. The staff attentive and considerate especially at Ambrai restuarant. The manager of Ambrai was kind and efficient in accomodating us in spot we enjoyed to be seated at by the lake ( when space available) to further make our stay and dining experience more memorable. The reception staff was helpful in organising hotel Tuk Tuk for transport to local parking .

I am aware information is available online but I feel improvements could be made with accessibilty of key local tourist information in regards to things to explore, timings etc, local specialities and recommended spots to add from staffs personal experience of local knowledge.
