The location

The access to the room was not finished.looks like the room was not part of the hotel . Access to the room was not comfortable. The reception staff was not friendly .the towels of restaurant were not clean.

. Le personnel n est pas du tout accueillant. Ils nous ont menti en disant qu ils ne restaient que des suites disponibles alors qu il restait des chambres standards sur booking. Ils nous ont donnés une chambre sans fenêtre. . La moite de l hôtel est en travaux. . La piscine n est pas propre. . Internet ne fonctionne pas. . Le petit déjeuner propose un large choix mais ce n est pas de qualité. Il serait préférable d avoir moins et de la meilleure qualité.

Tolle Lage und schöner Ausblick vom Frühstücksrestaurant. Angenehmes und großzügiges Zimmer. Hübscher Poolbereich.

Die Anlage hat wenig Ruhe ausgestrahlt. Sehr viel unorganisiertes Personal überall, vor allem beim Frühstück. Hier wirkt es jeden Tag so, als würden sie das Büffet das erste Mal aufbauen. Saubere, aber ziemlich graue Handtücher.

וואו מקום מדהים בעיקר כשהיה לנו חדר עם מרפסת שפונה למסעדה ולאגם. נוף של הארמון . חדר גדול ומעוצב יפה. צוות מקסים שדואגים שיהיה נעים.מקום מושלם עד לפרטים הקטנים.

יש להם חלק חדש שהוא מחוץ למלון שגם שם יש חדרים וממש לא אהבתי, אין שם אווירה ואתה מרגיש מבודד מכל ההתרחשות של המלון שהיא ליד הבריכה ומסביב לגן יפהפה. אז חשוב לשים לב איפה מקבלים חדר.

This is a beautiful hotel I what is likely the nicest location in the city. The restaurant is exceptional as is the service. Cannot find anything to fault with this property whatsoever.
