Very kind and helpful manager mister Santosh, small but comfortable room, great view from the terrace, stable Wi-Fi

The location was perfect, 30 seconds from the city palace and just 2 minutes from Jagdish temple, and within walking distance to anything else you’d want to see as well as numerous cafes and restaurants. The property itself was immaculate, our room was so clean and comfortable, I honestly think you will find no better property for this price in Udaipur. Santosh was the friendliest host, he made sure to tell us all about the area when we checked in, showed us around the property (they have an amazing rooftop for looking over the lake, the food is excellent too), and was on hand for any questions if we had them. Check in and check out was very smooth. Finally, my partner and I cannot thank Santosh enough for his help after we had checked out; we were getting a bus to Jodhpur, he kindly arranged a rickshaw for us and called the transport company to make sure we were going to the right place. When we arrived and found out our bus was cancelled, we were having some trouble communicating to understand why - Santosh came all the way to us from the hotel to help, and he made sure we had new bus tickets and we’re headed the right way afterwards. This made what could have been a very stressful day much easier, and for that we are so grateful.

Good location and close to shops, restaurants, the Lake and City Palace. Staff super helpful especially Santosh! Would recommend this hotel if you’re planning a visit to Udaipur.

Rooms are small. Charged more than the price for off season (i.e. April end), while booking it showed 2900 for room including tax, after checkin it showed 1700 with tax for same day. This kind of malpractices should be discouraged.

Location was ok...breakfast was ok!

I chose this location after reviewing the reviews...however, many things presented after I had checked in and they took all of my 13 day stay upfront with a 4.5% charge too on my credit card! My room was upstairs, with windows, hence the Manager told me better for wifi, as wifi very intermittent! The first morning, went for breakfast! No one there and a table with dirty dishes, from the night before, food on the floor and beer bottles. Called the Manager, he said, "please dont go, I am coming" he lives off site! Noise was awful some nights, well after 11L00 pm Complained, the Manager said it is a festival but I said, people of all kinds are here, and some wish to sleep! the bathroom terrible, the floor leaking badly underneath and the basin was full of ants, as the caulking mostly had come away. The shower spryaed down, over the top and to the sides! Complained, yet nothing done! The final nail in the coffin, and I was the only guest, contant hammering until I called the Manager and complained that it had to stop, this was well after 10:00 pm....I decided could not put up with this at the price charged and told him, enough was enough, wanted to refund! Directed me to the Owner of course, had my money and their policy, which is wrong to allow, no refunds....Things happen and people have no recourse! I swore at him and the Manager as was totally fed up of the lousy service! Booking.com did nothing to help, stood by these people! Six nights of my stay, cost me over $800 dollars! They would not refund even with the lousy service!

Great location just behind city palace

I like the top view of the restaurant. It was awesome and great for the couple.Night view was so beautiful.

Space was not so enough but decent for stay.
