Central location next to City Palace. Nice rooftop with good food.

Very cramped room and bathroom along small and steep alley with construction work. Poor wifi signal on and off, not reliable. TV channels not accessible and navigable with remote (gets stuck). Broken toilet seat. You cannot bring outside drinks to your room. Seriously??

Amenities are good.

Hotel Staff had no idea about the booking and they had provided us their personal room for One Night. Next Day they ahad provided us our actual booked Room. Hotel Manager little Bit arrogant for the same and not ready to answer my question and even he started shouting on us and said we had only thie room If you want to stay then stay othewise you will go.. * ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO CHANGE THE BOOKING ON LAST TIME AND AS I HAVE TRAVELLED FROM THE Himachal Pradesh AND TRAVELLING WITH MY WIFE. THIS TYPE OF SILLY MISTAKE CAN CAUSE A BLUNDER SOME TIME*

I liked the property. It was clean and hygienic. The receptionist was a very humble person. Rooftop restaurant is nice. The hotel is in a very good location where most of the tourist attractions are nearby.

Santosh was really helpful and gave us lots of tips for our travels. He passed on some excellent recommendations and was really genuine with his advice. The rooftop is amazing and you have a fantastic view of the City palace and lake at night!

Rooms a little noisy, but nothing crazy.

Hotel was located in prime location near to City Palace. The view of lake pichola from the hotel terrace was good. Food was nice. Hotel arranged the cab for siteseeing and our trip to Jaipur.

Complementary Breakfast should be included.
