Very central location, near many of the attractions. The price was very good and the rooftop was very comfortable. The staff was also very helpful and the owner was very flexible with the check-in and check-out times. Overall great stay.

The setting is good, however it is on the busier side of the city. Which has advantages like getting to places easily, but it can get quite animated. The hotel itself is lovely and has a relaxed atmosphere which I liked. The terrace is amazing, with a beautiful sight on all Udaipur. It compensates 100% for the small rooms. The staff is friendly. Santosh, the hotel manager, will share a cup of tea with you when he has time and give good tips and anecdotes. He also organized a taxi for the rest of my journey, and the taxi driver, Anand, revealed himself to be very kind and competent.

Wifi was not working in the room, but worked well on the terrace.

The location was good, next to the City Palace and a short distance to Lake Pichola and Jagdish Temple. Santosh was very helpful, he booked bus tickets for us to Ahnedabad. The rooftop terrace had nice views and the breakfast and other food items we tried were very tasty. Alcohol is served at the rooftop terrace.

Everything was fine, but there is a lot of stair climbing involved as there is no lift (being an old building), so probably not for someone this might be a problem for. If you have a lot of luggage make sure you ask Santosh for help as it is a steep climb from where the tuktuk drops you off. The room is very small.

location is perfect. Right next door to city palace and beautiful roof terrace overlooking lake. All the staff are super friendly. Santosh is super helpful booking trains and trips as well as telling us where to go in the city.

The big thing we would say is WiFi not in rooms. Hard to plan next trips, speak to family ect. WiFi on roof terrace is good but it’s nice to have in bedroom as well

The room was small but comfortable, with beautiful wooden furniture and useful soundproofing. Excellent location, very easy to explore the main sights.

We had a very bad experience at the end of our stay. Like many others, our next destination was Jodhpur, and the owner arranged a car with a driver for us. The price was slightly higher than what we found online, however, we agreed on the basis that we were going with an experienced English-speaking driver who had made the journey many times in a reliable car. Well, our driver did not speak a word of English, his driving was appalling (to the point where we seriously thought we would not make it to our destination), and we had a flat tire due to his carelessness. To top it all up, we were supposed to stop on the way as agreed with the owner at three sites. We only stopped at the first one, and then he kept going on to Jodhpur. When we asked about the other two sites with the help of Google Translate, he became very angry and we were both fearing for our safety at that point. When we finally reached Jodhpur, we were exhausted by what should have been a pretty easy transfer. On the money side, he kept asking us for money for tolls (not even a single trip, but return), and parking, even though we had paid in advance with tolls and parking to the owner. He cleaned us out of all our cash. He did not even have the necessary tolls paid in advance so we spent dozens of minutes sorting out the tolls, as he had been blacklisted (probably for not having paid the tolls on another occasion). With the help of Google translate, we told him how much we had paid the owner and that the cost should have included tolls and parking, and he told us how much he had received from this (a small fraction of what we had paid). So the owner is an opportunistic and dishonest person, this experience was the worst we've had during all of our stay in India and for this reason, we would recommend choosing another accommodation - give your money to those who are more honest than this guy.

The ambience is very nice and the greatest part is it is situated just near Lake pichola and the city palace you can enjoy the view , also there is a roof top restaurant. Everything in the food item is not so much costly and delicious. I would love to book this again.

The rooms are small in the price range and there is no elevator to reach the terrace.

I have stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. Overall the Hotel and the room are nice. Great view from the terrace, modern structure, and bed is comfortable. The terrace is incredible and you love to pass some time in there. you can chill, read, talk, and work(wifi is good, and sockets are everywhere). The hotel position is wonderful, just 1 minute from the City palace and 5 to the temple, and no traffic noise. Stuffs is very lovely and Santosh will always help! really recommend you to stay in this structure.

Room is small, but has a wardrobe and a nice view. Wifi in my room was really poor and I needed to work on the terrace. The first night was a bit noisy, but was coming from the corridor and not outside. Was a problem with some guests.
