Lots to like. The staff, room, facilities, everything was very good.

Location was iffy. No good restaurants or cafes in the vicinity. No place to walk.

I appreciate their hospitality and service standards, which beyond my expectation firstly they upgraded my room and provided me with some special complimentary snacks. The front desk staff were very humble and professional. The Breakfast was too good with coconut water specially.

Everything among this room was very good. I like the reception. It was very spacious and very accommodating. I like the behavior of the staff. They were very friendly and seemed very professional at what they do. I also liked the space in the room. It was very spacious and there was no complaints about any bloodlines. Everything was very nicely organized.

Everything about this property was very good except we did not like when the hot water was not coming out from the geyser. We wanted to have a bath after we arrived very early morning as our train reached Nagpur station at around 4:30 AM. We noticed that there was no hot water in the bathroom.

Nice and clean hotel with perfect location and connectivity to nearby areas. Supportive staff to help and guide you with nearby places to visit and other options available. Good breakfast, do add it with your stay to start your day with healthy food

Rooms are a bit dated and getting older. There were flies in the room

Helpful staff. We wanted to check out early so they arranged breakfast at 6.30 am.

Very small rooms.

Had a comfortable stay. Property is nicely maintained and room were clean. The food was ok but I like their breakfast spread. The front desk staff were very helpful and even presented us sweets as a courtesy at the time of check out.

Hotel Ambiance is very nice. Complimentary Breakfast was too good Rooms got cleaned in the morning without disturbing my privacy. Food service to room is prompt and hassle free. Food quality was very good. really appreciated

Very clean and nice rooms. Great Breakfast incl. fresh coconut water! It was the only hotel where we found it. We had some friends transiting in Nagpur that had to spend some hours there before catching a flight. They were allowed to leave their luggage for some hours at the hotel, so that we could explore the city. The hotel owner even organised us tuk tuks and negotiated the price for us. The hotel is in the city centre. The personal and service is very kind and good. We were gifted some local sweets from the hotel, which was very kind.

The hotel is located on a busy road and even at night it can be noisy outside, but it was not really a problem to us.

Service and ambiance were too good. we have been using the same hotel since last 3-4 visit. Excellent guest service by the front office well maintained rooms. The Breakfast was too good
