Very clean hotel with very good service

Room was little smaller than I expected

I was travelling to Nagpur to attend a Marriage Function at Rajwada Palace, So I searched for the properties nearby and this hotel was closest. Reception Person (Mr. Nilesh) was very humble and down to earth. Rooms were neat and clean, Toiletries provided was of good brands Breakfast was awesome

Hotel is centrally located and accessible to all the sights of Nagpur. Staff and service is excellent - they are extremely hospitable and go out of the way to make things comfortable. The amount of complimentary food they provided us was truly surprising - fruits, chocolates, mixture, sweets, chips. The GM was very helpful and made arrangements for even an extra room (for free !) since we needed some extra space. Breakfast is good - the right balance of taste and quantity.

Room is slightly small if you have a family of 3 or 4 (which is why we had to request for an extra room). Bathroom is also small with no partition between wet area and dry area.

staff were very humble and polite.. This my second visit to came from Nagpur I have already stayed in once we are very once happy with our state also food was very tasty and delicious room was very clean thank you so much reception Mr. Ahtesham We will come back again and stay thank you so much

Exteriors Looks

Room amenities, especially Dove / pears washroom amenities. Staffs are courteous and helpful.
