Location. Of the hotel was too crowded

Staff was helpful food was tasty. Buffet breakfast was not lavish but everything was awesome. Rooms were clean and tidy. It was a wonderful stay at this hotel. Nilesh & Atesam were really helpful. Thank you for a wonderful experience

I have stayed in this hotel thrice. The best thing I liked about this hotel 1 They upgrade my room whenever it's possible 2. The staff here are very cooperative 3 They always provide me sweets as gesture of thanks.

One of the best hotel in nagpur Budgetary hotel with good hospitality staff is very nice and cooperative food is good Cleanliness and hygiene is taken care housekeeping staff always available and front desk team is excellent

They provided a welcome plate of chocolates and cakes and 2 liters of bottled water daily. Cleaning service was very good and staff friendly.

Location - right under the overhead train system and very noisy. Windows were permanently frosted glass and locked and there was never any daylight in the room. Bathroom was a surprise as it had a ceiling mounted showerhead that soaked the entire room (no shower unit or curtain). The AC unit had a very noxious and internal air freshener that meant you couldn’t use the AC.

A good hotel with overall nice service including the staff behaviour, serving food was fantastic. I would give top rating to their hospitality and service. delicious Breakfast to start your day.
