Great location, good food, excellent service!!!

Following feedback 1. Provide shuttle service to and fro from the pahalgam market 2. If possible, provide rooms for the drivers so that atleast there is some means of transport available 3. Provide some evening activities like bonfire etc.. 4. The room should have Ac control to control cool and warm conditions.

Food, all the meals that we had at the hotel was delicious

Our experience with the Front desk team was not the best. Firstly they did not give us rooms on the same floor even though we made the reservation 6 months in advance. Our elderly parents were put on a different floor than us. Also on the last day we almost missed our flight as the front office team missed informing us about our cars and we were delayed by 1.5 hours. They first lied to us that the cars only arrived 10 mins back, when we spoke to the driver and he said that he has been waiting for 1.5 hours, when confronted, the FO team then blamed the hotel security team.

The location and the interiors were fantastic. Extremely well appointed and beautiful to look at

The place was smaller than we expected and hence seemed very crowded. The staff seem over burdened and hence not very gracious

Overall Rating: 2 out of 5** - Great food served both in breakfast and in-room - Staff was ever smiling, friendly, and ready to help - Smooth check-in process - TV had Netflix - Rooms are spacious -Superb location

- Bed was very uncomfortable - Pillows were humongous in size and thickness, leading to neck sprain and sleepless nights - Continuous construction noise from the top floor, despite reminders to reception, lasting till 11 pm and starting at 7:30am. - Very ordinary high tea with a limited and sad buffet offering, poorly fried fritters, and stale sandwich bread - Repeat offerings both days - Apple phone charger mysteriously disappeared from the room with no responsibility taken - Dirty bathing area with dark patches - Recreation area had old, dilapidated carom boards with missing strikers and incomplete playing cards (discovered 6 aces)
