Nice location with good garden and seating arrangments to lounge amongst the Pines and see the Lidder River below. Very helpful and attentive Staff. Arif and Shahid Maqbool went out of their way to make our stay memorable.

The Pahalgam Taxi Mafia holds all tourists to ransom and the hotel as well. Also there is a constant smell of Horse Urine and Dung around the hotel entrance

Location is superb , Lider river is flowing beside the property and you can hear the sound of stream through out the day . Pune trees are in and around the property and property is remotely located , so you won’t listen any noises and breathe pollution free air. Room service and house keeping are top notch . Hotel arranges vehicles for site seeing at a reasonable cost decided by taxi association.

It’s too much over priced . There is only one restaurant in the property with limited menu . Taste is above average . Property is small . No activities other than carroms chess small pool table and table tennis . Bon fire is arranged at the charge of Rs 5000. Guests will be paying only for the location . AC does not function properly and automatically will be cut off during night .

Everything was good except sitting arrangements in the room

Sitting area should be facing towards mountains to have greater and enjoyable view for Room no 104.where I stayed. Bathroom commode should not be very near to door and washbasin. It should be rearranged.

Room and hospitality by Mr Anees ( Sits at Reception ) was top notch .

All good , hoping they complete balcony work so that guest can experience that too. Thank you
